Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental process, using a mantra to awaken the full potential of the mind and triggers deep rest and recovery from stress. It’s been easy to learn, simple to practice, and in only a short period of time, I have experienced a remarkable transformation in the lens from which I experience life.
LEARN TO MEDITATE
The process of learning Vedic Meditation involves a four-day course, during which students will be given a personal mantra and receive exact instruction in this effortless technique. The meditation training course takes place over a period of four days, with 90 minute sessions each day. Upon completion, you will have mastered the meditation technique and will be able to practice effortlessly, twice daily on your own. It is imperative for all four sessions to be completed consecutively, as the knowledge given each day is delivered sequentially.
After completing the introductory Vedic Meditation training course and receiving a personal mantra, students have access to repeating this training on a complementary basis - for life.
